    RIO VISTA - Conrad Paul Clapp, 21, a student, died Tuesday, March 25, 1997, in Abilene.

    Funeral: 10 a.m. Friday at Martin's Funeral Home in Cleburne. Burial: Rio Vista Cemetery in Rio Vista. Visitation: 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday.

    Conrad Clapp, 21 of Rio Vista, Texas, died March 25, 1997, from injuries suffered as a pedestrian hit by a vehicle.

    Funeral Services were held at 10: a.m. March 28, in the Westside Church of Christ, Cleburne, Texas, with Rocky Moncus and Rod Carroll Officiating.

    Burial was in the Rio Vista Cemetery.

    Mr Clapp was born Jan. 20 1976 in Hope, Arkansas, the son of Edmond Harvey and Pamela Crenshaw Clapp.

    He was a student at Abilene Christian University. He was a member of the Central Church Of Christ in Cleburne, Texas. He played football for Rio Vista High School, was a charter member of the sons of the Confederate Veterans. He had worked for the Rio Vista Bank in Rio Vista, Texas and Cleburne, Texas. He attended many church camps in Oklahoma and Texas where he served as camp councilor. He was involved in Leadership Training for Christ (LTC). He has done substitute preaching, teaching and song leading for the Churches of Christ in Rio Vista, Texas and Parker, Texas. He played the snare drums with the Rio Vista High School Band.

    He was preceded in death by his father, Edmond Harvey Clapp on October 27, 1992. Survivors include his mother, Pamela Clapp of Rio Vista; two brothers, Kenneth Clapp of Childress, Texas, and Colby Clapp of Rio Vista, Texas; grand parents, H.L. Crenshaw of Lakeside Village , Texas, Eugene Clapp of Kansas, and Jane Cunningham of Arlington, Texas.

    Memorials may be made to the First National Bank in Cleburne, Texas.

    RIO VISTA - Edmund Harvey Clapp, a teacher, died Tuesday at a Cleburne hospital. He was 57.

    Mr. Clapp was born in Frederick, Okla. He taught business classes at Rio Vista High School.

    He was a Church of Christ member.

    ALBA - Services for Floy Fidelia Morrison, 105, Alba, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday at Higginbotham Funeral Home, Gorman, with Durward Webb officiating. Local arrangements are with Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home, Alba.

    Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Gorman.

    Mrs. Morrison died Nov. 28, 2005, at her residence. She was born March 30, 1900, in Anson to Pinkney Franklin and Beatta Laura Hamlin Ford. She was a longtime resident of the Gorman area before moving to Alba in 1992. She was a member of Alba Church of Christ and worked as a licensed vocational nurse at Blackwell Hospital for more than 30 years and also did private nursing.

    She was preceded in death by husbands, Leslie Felix Crenshaw and Horace Morrison; daughter, Jo Underwood; son, Herbert Crenshaw; grandson, Michael Clayton Underwood; granddaughter, Leslie Leighann Harrington; great-grandson, Conrad Paul Clapp; four brothers and two sisters.

    Survivors include son, Gene Crenshaw, Alba; daughter, Patricia Harrington, Sulphur Springs; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren.

    Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home in Alba.
