Obituary:

CHILLICOTHE: Denise A. Ginther, 63, of Chillicothe, died 9:45 p.m. Monday, June 15, 2015 in the Adena Regional Medical Center unexpectedly.

She was born December 22, 1951, in Chillicothe, to Louis "Zeb" and Catherine Hosler Ginther.

Surviving are her loving companion, Larry Stanley, of Chillicothe; a daughter, Mandy (Chris Wittkugle) Tatman, of Chillicothe; a son, Christopher (Angie) Tatman, of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Christen (Brandon) Smallwood, Hannah Tatman, Kaylee Trent, Danica Moore, Abbie Tatman, Elena DeMichele, Luke DeMichele and Cayden Wittkugle; a great granddaughter, Phoenyx Smallwood; siblings, Sandy (Ron) Smith, Michael (Retha) Ginther and Rhonda Reynolds, all of Chillicothe; numerous nieces and nephews; and her father's widow, June Ginther, of Chillicothe. She was predeceased by her mother and father.

Denise was a member of Concord United Methodist Church. She retired from Chilpaco and was a member of U.P.I.U. Local 988.

A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 2:30 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2015.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Susan G. Komen Fund, a charity she supported in honor of her mother.
