Rayne, LA - Funeral services for Gregory Paul Clement, I, age 54, of Rayne will be held on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at 2:00 PM in Gossen Funeral Home Chapel, Rayne. Deacon Denis LaCrox of St. Joseph Catholic Church will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery No. 2, Rayne.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 from 10:00 AM until service time in Gossen Funeral Home, with a rosary being recited at 11:30 AM.

Gregory passed away on Monday, December 24, 2018 in his Rayne residence.

Survivors include his mother, Betty Castille of Rayne; children, Cheri Castille of Indian Bayou, Jamie Lopez of Rayne, and Gregory Paul Clement, II and fiance', Trang Mai of Rayne; sister, Betty Jo Constantin and husband, Darrell of Duson; brother, Mark A. Clement and wife, Mary of Mire; and grandchildren, Makenna Aubrey, Laken Aubrey, Heath Aubrey, Jacelynn Lopez, and Jayden Lopez. He is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.

Preceding Gregory in death were his father, Wilbert "Bud" "Slim" Clement; and brothers, Ronald Clement, Sr. and Michael D. Clement.

Rayne, LA - Memorial services will be held on Friday, June 2, 2017 at a 6:30 pm Service at Gossen Funeral Home Chapel in Rayne, LA for Janice Lopez, 54, who died Wednesday May 31, 2017 at residence in Rayne, LA.

Pastor Melvin Finley of Abundant Life Assembly of God will conduct the memorial services.

Survivors include two daughters, Jade Hornsby, Jamie Lopez, two sons, Kevin Lopez, Paul Clement all of Rayne, father, Paul "Austin" Lopez of Rayne, sister, Cynthia Lopez Gautreaux of Church Point, brother, Justin Lopez of Indian Bayou, four grandchildren, Haylen Lopez, Madison Thibodeaux, Pearl Lopez, Jacelynn Lopez Rayne.

She was preceded in death by mother, Maryline Thibodeaux Lopez.

Rayne - Funeral services for Wilbert "Bud" "Slim" Clement, 88, of Rayne will be held on Friday, March 8, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. in Duhon Funeral Home Chapel, Rayne. Deacon Tommy Adams will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery #2, Rayne.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2013 from 11:00 A.M. until 10:00 P.M. in Duhon Funeral Home, Rayne, with a rosary being recited at 6:00 P.M. Visitation will continue on Friday from 8:00 A.M. until service time in the funeral home.

Mr. Clement passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at 9:19 P.M. in a Lafayette hospital.

A native and lifelong resident of Rayne, Mr. Clement was a U. S. Army veteran of World War II. He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for valor while serving in Burma.

Mr. Clement was a member of American Legion Arceneaux Post #77. He retired from Weatherford-Lamb after many years in the oilfield. He enjoyed gardening, reading (especially westerns), and he loved spending time at Holly Beach. His greatest joy in life was spending time with and caring for his family. He was a loving father and a devoted family man.

Survivors include his daughter, Betty Jo Constantine and husband, Darrell of Duson; sons, Ronald Clement, Sr. of Rayne, Mark A. Clement and wife, Mary of Mire, and Gregory Clement, Sr. of Rayne; grandchildren, Lynnette Comeaux and husband, Jay of Rayne, Ronald Clement, Jr. of Rayne, Crystal Reaux of St. Martinville, Shawn A. Clement and wife, Jenna of San Antonio, TX, Jamie Lopez of Rayne, Gregory Paul Clement, Jr. of Rayne, and Autumn Clement of Rayne; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. He is also survived by his loving dog, Coco.

Preceding Mr. Clement in death were his parents, Beauregard and Aurelia Credeur Clement; son, Michael D. Clement; sister, Renola Bourque; and brother, Wilson Clement.

Obituary:

Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 12 at 2 p.m. in the St. Joseph Catholic Church for Beauregard Clement. Burial followed in the St. Joseph Cemetery under the direction of Gossen Funeral Home.

Mr. Clement died Tuesday, May 11 at 5:20 a.m. in the Rayne Branch Hospital at the age of 81.

Survivors include his wife, Aurelia Credeur Clement, 2 sons, Wilson J. Clement of Galveston, Texas; Wilbert Clement of Rayne, 1 daughter, Mrs. Cyprien Bourque of Rayne, 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren, 1 brother, Louis Clement of Rayne, 2 sisters, Mrs. Otis Nunez of Port Arthur, Texas and Mrs. E.F. Hebert of Opelousas.

He was a veteran of World War I and was a member of the American Legion Arceneaux Post 77, which will hold a court of honor.

He was a native of Acadia Parish and was a retired farm foreman.

Obituary:

Funeral services were held for Mrs. Aurelia Clement Sunday at 2 p.m. in St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Mrs. Clement was 83 when she died at the Rayne Branch Hospital on Friday.

Burial was in the Church cemetery.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Cyprien Bourque of Rayne; two sons, Wilson J. Clement of Galveston, Tex., and Wilbert "Bud" Clement of Raye; five sisters, Mrs. Isaac Fontenot, Mrs. Emolia Credeur, Mrs. Nola Navarre, and Mrs. Fsley Arceneaux, all of Rayne; three brothers, Clervole Credeur of Kaplan, Clemile Credeur of Rayne and August Credeur of Winnie, Tex.; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Gossen Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
