CRYSTAL BEACH - Wilson J. Wyble, 65, of Crystal Beach died Friday in Ville Platte, La.

He was a native of Palmetto, La., and lived in the Port Arthur and Crystal Beach areas 35 years. He retired as a maintenance supervisor at Texaco in Port Arthur with 35 years of service and was a member of the Port Acres Masonic Lodge No. 1303. He served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Clayton-Thompson Funeral Home chapel in Port Neches. Masonic rites and burial will be at Oak Bluff Memorial Park.

Survivors include one daughter, Trudy Guidry of Houston; and one grandchild, Suzanne Hurst of Houston.

Sue Shields, 88, of Port Arthur, Texas died Sunday, September 15, 2013 at Memorial Herman Southeast Hospital in Houston, Texas.

Sue was born June 13, 1925 in Port Arthur, Texas to Wallace Joseph Talbot and Lilia Broussard Talbot.

Surviving relatives include her daughter, Trudy Guidry; brother, Larry James Talbot and wife Barbara; grandchildren, Suzanne Salling and husband Gary Molen; three great grandchildren, Lauren Stowe and husband Matthew, Justin Molen, and Jonathan Molen, great-great grandchild, Chandler Stowe.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 19, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park.

Lilia Mary Talbot, age 100, of LaBelle passed away Friday, December 23, 2005 at Cypress Glenn Nursing Center in Port Arthur.

She was born December 8, 1905 in Lafayette, Louisiana. She was a member of the Catholic Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Sue Shields of Port Arthur; son, Larry Talbot and wife, Barbara of LaBelle; grandsons, Cary Talbot and wife, Lisa of Hemphill, Troy Talbot and wife, Tammy of Port Neches; granddaughters, Trudy Guidry of Crystal Beach, Jana Bearden of LaBelle; great grandsons, James Talbot and wife, Mandi of LaBelle, Jeffrey Talbot of Onalaska, Wayne Talbot of Baton Rouge, LA, Allen Bearden of LaBelle; great granddaughters, Suzanne Salling of Crystal Beach, Amber Bearden of LaBelle; great great granddaughter, Lauren Hearst of Newton; great great grandson, Justin Molen of Crystal Beach; sister, Lily Milo of Port Acres.

A gathering of family and friends will be from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday, December 26, 2005 at Broussard's, 505 12th Street, Nederland. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 27, 2005 in Broussard's Nederland Chapel with Reverend Bill Stevens officiating. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves.

Pallbearers will be Cary Talbot, Troy Talbot, Wayne Talbot, James Talbot, Jeffrey Talbot, Allen Bearden, Rod Brannan and Oscar Olvera.
