  Obituary: A celebration of the life of Michael Williams, 66, of Lubbock, Texas will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 19, 2019 at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park with Chaplain Matthew Thompson officiating. Michael passed away December 13, 2019. Michael was born February 18, 1953 in Lubbock , TX to Roy and Edna Williams. He was raised in Lubbock and attend Lubbock Schools. He married Patsy Thornton on March 2, 1979 in Lubbock. He was a welder and diesel mechanic until retiring. Loved ones include wife Patsy Williams; son Michael Williams and wife, Isabel; son Brandon Williams and wife, Amanda; sister Carrol King; grandchildren, Christina Rivas, Jaiden Williams, Keileigh Williams and Noah Williams; great grandchildren, Juliana and Mila Rivas.
