  Obituary: MONAHANS - Darla Dean Bryant, age 81, of San Angelo (formerly of Monahans) passed away Friday, October 3, 2014 in San Angelo. She was born September 29, 1933 in Comanche, Texas to William Osier and Laura Mae (Patton) Bean. She married Buster Bryant on February 8, 1949 in Seagraves, Texas. She was a partner at Doc Reverse and Westar Autoplex. Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at Harkey Funeral Home chapel with Reverend Mark Bristow officiating. Burial will follow at Monahans Memorial Cemetery. A visitation will be held Monday, October 6, 2014 from 7-9 p.m. at Harkey Funeral Home. Services are under the direction of Harkey Funeral Home. She is survived by her son, Larry "Bear" Bryant and wife Peggy of Monahans; daughter, Geretha Prather and husband Chuck of San Angelo; sisterinlaw, Polly Bean of Monahans; grandchildren, Josh Bryant, Beth Klasskin and husband Steve, Michelle Widdess and husband Mike, and Chasity Pritz and husband Robert; and greatgrandchildren, Kelcee, Shaylee, Abby, Kirkland, and Jace.
