  Obituary: Elaine Vandiver, 86, of Amarillo, died Thursday, May 3, 2001. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Llano Cemetery with the Rev. Robert Field officiating. Arrangements are by N.S. Griggs & Sons Funeral Directors, 2615 Paramount Blvd. Mrs. Vandiver was born in Amarillo and lived her entire life here. She was a graduate of Amarillo High School. Mrs. Vandiver married Curtis Vandiver in 1953 at Amarillo. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Vikki Vandiver of Portland, Ore., and Barbara Gwin of Kingswood; a sister, Edith Burnam of Amarillo; her mother-in-law, Fay Revell of Memphis; and two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, Dustin Covington, Kendra Covington, Cole Covington, Kristen Terry, Amy Terry and Michael Terry.
