Notes - Obituary:
BRADLEY, JEROME "J.C.", age 56, of Pleasant Grove, died July 29, 2004. He was retired with 25 years of service at Jim Walter Mines #5. Former Grand Knight, Knights of Columbus; served in the United States Marine Corp. Funeral Service will be held Monday, August 2, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Adamsville with burial in Forest Grove Cemetery. Father Henry McDaid officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, August 1, from 5 til 7 p.m. with Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. at St. Patricks Catholic Church. Survivors: wife, Lois Forsyth Bradley; daughter, Robyn (Jason) Gardner; son, Gregory Bradley; mother, Annie Ozbolt Bradley; sisters, Cecilia George, Diane Trapolino, and Teresa Vines; brothers, Chuck, Mickey, Danny and Joe Bradley; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Children's Hospital in Birmingham. Peoples Chapel Funeral Home directing.
