Notes - Obituary:
SHUE, TOMMY DON, Went home to be with his Lord and Savior, August 4, 2006. He is survived by his children, Dawn, Chris, Brandon, Granddaughter: Summer, Parents: Don and Evelyn Shue of Lancaster, TX; Sister: Kristi and husband Sean Judd, Nephews: Kendall and Jordan of Ovilla, TX; Grandma: Bonnie Ernst and Edith Shue. He was preceded in death by his Grandpa: Virgil Shue and Emery Ernst, Uncles: Kenny Shue and Don Ernst. Tommy worked hard to provide for his family. He worked at Earthgrains for 25 years, working his way up from driving a bread truck to director of sales over areas of Il, IN and WI. Tommy was so proud of his children and granddaughter and loved them dearly. He was a great cook, loved to cook for his family, he could take anything in the refrigerator and make a delicious meal out of it. Tommy loved the state of Texas, and wanted to come back home. He was a big fan of the Rangers, Cowboys, Mavericks and Longhorns. He loved playing golf, but his favorite pastime was walking up and down the sidelines watching his son Chris play football and cheering him on. Oh what a joy and peace hes experiencing now. Tommy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held Thursday August 10, 2006 from 6-8 P.M. at Green Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be August 11, 2006, 2:00 P.M. at Green Funeral Home Ferris, TX. Bro. Denny Burris officiating. Interment will be at Trinity Cemetery, Wilmer, TX. Green Funeral Home 207 S.
