Notes - Obituary:
SHREVEPORT, LA - Graveside services for William Clyde Trant, age 81, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday March 13, 1995 at Forest Park Cemetery. Officiating will be Dr. B. J. "Rocky" Maddox, pastor of Rose Park Baptist Church. Visitation will be 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Wellman Funeral Home.
Mr. Trant died Saturday March 11, 1995 at Nursecare Nursing Home following a lengthy illness. He lived most of his life in Shreveport and was a member of Rose Park Baptist Church. He was a veteran of World War II.
He was preceded in death by his son Thomas Erwin Trant.
He is survived by his wife Elsie Mae Trant of Shreveport; two sons Richard E. "Rick" Trant and wife Betty of Shreveport and Clarence Edward Trant and wife Judy of Hoover, Alabama; and five grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Troy Edward Trant, Sameul B. Neal, Gregg Neal, Don Doyal, Don Boogaerts, Raymond B. Adkerson.
