Dorothy M. Morgan
Dorothy Marie DeMouey Morgan, 71, died Sunday, April 11, 1999, in a local hospice center.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Owens & Brumley Funeral Home with Richard Cook of Central Christian Morgan Church officiating. Burial will be in Crestview Memorial Park.
Ms. Morgan was born July 29, 1927, in Pascagoula, Miss. She was a member of Central Christian Church of Wichita Falls. She was involved with The Red Door Senior Center and The Grand- mother's Club. She was employed at the Ninth Street Food Store for many years and retired from Gibson's Department Store in 1994. A son, Larry Goode, died in 1945.
Survivors include four sons, John Catrett of Tulsa, Okla., Marvin Catrett of Morgan City, La., Kenny Catrett of Vernon, Texas, and Steve Catrett of Wichita Falls; two daughters, Debbie Catrett of Wichita Falls and Delores Hamlin of Fort Worth; three sisters, Hazel Bryant of Rainbow City, Ala., Rose Memeffee and Bobbie Clegg, both of Pascagoula; a brother, Robert DeMouey of Port St. Joe, Fla.; seven grandchildren; and five step-grandchildren.
The family will be at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. today.
Memorials may be made to the Red Door Senior Center, 1008 Burnett, Wichita Falls, Texas 76301.
