Mrs. Pierre Cabrol
Abbeville - Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, May 26, 1997, in St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church for Mrs. Pierre (Celeste LeBlanc) Cabrol, 86, who died Friday, May 23, 1997, in Heritage Manor Nursing Home.
The Rev. D. Theriot will conduct the services.
Burial will be in St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery in Abbeville.
Survivors are a son, Felix Manson Cabrol of Abbeville; a daughter, Anne Lou C. Hess of New Orleans; three brothers, Edwin LeBlanc of Lafayette, Nelton LeBlanc of Crowley, and Alphonse LeBlanc Jr. of Patterson; a daughter-in-law, Bernice Cabrol of Abbeville; one sister, Anna Touchet; and 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Preceding Mrs. Cabrol in death were her husband, Peirre Cabrol; her father, Alphonse LeBlanc; her mother, Naomi Hargrave LeBlanc; six sisters, Eunice Hardy, Olivia Bourque, Gladys Guidry, Wilda Mae Primeaux, Hilda L. Major and Mae Leblanc; six brothers, Isaac, Evest "E.J.", Aristile, Semar, Eddie and Clarence LeBlanc; one grandson, Wayne Cabrol; a son-in-law, Dr. Melvin Hess; and a daughter, Helen C. Touchet.
Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday, and from 8 a.m. to service time Monday.
Vincent Funeral Home of Abbeville is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Pierre (Celeste) Cabrol dies at a local nursing home
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 26, 1997 at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church for Mrs. Pierre (Celeste LeBlanc) Cabrol, 86, of Abbeville. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Rev. Donald Theriot officiating.
She died on Friday, May 23, 1997 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home.
Survivors include a son, Felix Manson Cabrol of Abbeville; one daughter, Anne Lou C. Hess of New Orleans; three brothers, Nelton LeBlanc of Crowley, Edwin LeBlanc of Lafayette and Alphonse LeBlanc, Jr., of Patterson; a daughter-in-law, Bernice Cabrol of Abbeville; and one sister, Anna Touchet of Abbeville; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
