  Obituary: John Carroll Comeaux Sr. John Carroll Comeaux Sr., 56, died at 3:35 p.m. Wednesday, July 29, 2003, in a local hospital. He was born in Hathaway and had lived in Lake Charles and Westlake for most of his life. He was a painter and a sandblaster. He worked out of Painter's Local 1244. Survivors include three daughters, Wendy Comeaux Butler of Lafayette, Tammy Comeaux and Kellie Comeaux, both of Lake Charles; three sons, John Comeaux Jr., Quintin Comeaux and Donald R. Ange, all of Lake Charles; two sisters, Earline Granger and Shirlene Marsh, both of Westlake; four brothers, Harold Lee Comeaux of Lake Charles, Daniel Comeaux and Lee Ray Comeaux, both of LeBleu Settlement, and Darrel Comeaux of Westlake; and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 1, in Johnson Funeral Home. The Rev. Marcus Johnson will officiate. Burial will be in Bertrand Cemetery in Hathaway. Visitation is 11 a.m.- 10 p.m. today, with a rosary at 7 p.m. and from 8 a.m. Friday. (Published in The Lake Charles American Press on July 31, 2003)
