Resident of Bethel Island
Charles K. Packard, 67, passed away on Dec. 29, 2016. A native of Wisconsin he was a California resident for 40 years. Chuck was an avid boater and fisherman who loved the Delta region and was loved by many of the local residents. He also enjoyed golfing and had many golfing friends including his best friend Murray Levitan..
He was loved by his wife and partner of 23 years Peggy Packard, sister Lyn Farr of Vancouver Washinton, and his mother Linda Packard of Portage Wisconsin; Beloved brother-in-law and uncle to the Dubois family of Northern California; loved by nieces, nephews and cousins of the Packard family originally of Wisconsin, favorite uncle to Shannon Emerson and Stephennie Leach of Bethel Island and adopted Dad to Jonie and Adrian McHugh of San Francisco.
A memorial service and celebration of life will be held on Bethel Island at a future date.
