Marie "Annie" LeBlanc Carlisle
November 8, 1926 - December 28, 2014
Marie "Annie" LeBlanc Carlisle, age 88, resident of Highlands, TX , went to join the Lord with her husband, Wiley, of 65 years of marriage, Sunday, December 28, 2014. Devoted Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother, born , November 8, 1926 in our neighboring state of Louisiana.
Ann is survived by daughter Patricia Carlisle, son James E. Carlisle and (wife) Tricia, Grandson Cody Carlisle, Granddaughter Tina Sanders and (husband) James and Great-Grandsons Alex and Dylan.
In her early years at Saint Jude's Catholic Church in Highlands, she served as a member of the "Altar Society". Ann was in the President's club for 6 of the 8 years while part of the Avon's selling staff. In her leisure time of life she took pleasure in sewing and quilting. While enjoying traveling with her family around the country, she also relaxed many years at a fish camp on Lake Livingston. Being a serving member of an elite group from having breast cancer.
The Carlisle family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff and skilled nursing at Saint James House of Baytown.
A visitation for Ann will be held on Friday, January 2, 2015 at Sterling-White Funeral Home Chapel, in Highlands from 12 pm to 2 pm, followed by services at 2 pm.
