Notes - Obituary:
James Greenwood, Sr.
James "Wild Bill" Greenwood Sr., 66, a native of Goose Creek, Texas, and a resident of Houma, died at 11:05 p.m. Sunday, August 12, 2001.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Presbyterian Church in Houma.
He is survived by his wife, Rose Dominque Greenwood; five sons, Bert and James Greenwood Jr. of Portland, Texas, Roach and Saul Babin Greenwood both of Texas, and Nathan Kraemer of California; five daughters, Nancy Toups of Houma, Geles Longlois of Corpus Christi, Texas, Brenda Carroll of Ingleside, Texas, Vera Evalise Sandidge of Waxahachie, Texas, and Kayla Kraemer of Houma; one brother, Charles Greenwood of Corpus Christi; one sister, Carolyn Kissler of Memphis, Tenn.; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his second wife, Joyce Nasau Greenwood; his third wife, Wanda Babin Greenwood and his parents, Carroll B. and Vera Custer Greenwood.
He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Houma.
