Connie Margaret Moore, age 63, passed away peacefully at Amelia Manor Nursing Home on Sunday, March 24, 2024, in Lafayette.
Connie Margaret Moore was born on January 15, 1961, in Erath and she was a longtime resident of Lafayette. She proudly worked as a beautician and assisted at bingo in Abbeville. Connie lived her life for her two boys, Jude and Jonathan, who were her whole world. She adored spending quality time and making memories with her mother. Connie will be dearly missed.
Connie is survived by her children, Jude Lemaire and Jonathan Thompson; as well as her siblings, Catherine Moore Dronet and Bobby Moore.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred Moore and Paula Baudion Moore; as well as her siblings, Glenn Moore and Judy Moore Hebert.
The family wishes to offer a heartfelt thank you to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Jefferson Manor of Baton Rouge and Amelia Manor of Lafayette; as well as to her cousin, Melissa Menard, for being by her side for over 25 years.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Cypress Funeral Home & Crematory, 206 W. Lafayette St., Maurice, LA 70555.
