  Obituary: Luther William Brady Sr. April 27, 1915 - January 27, 2013 Luther "PeePaw" William Brady Sr. 97, of Crosby, Texas went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 27, 2013. Luther was born on April 27, 1915 in Centerville, Texas to Ben and Ethel Brady. Luther owned and operated Luther Brady Lumber Company in Crosby for many years. When Luther wasnt busy working he enjoyed gardening, taking care of his donkey and dog, hunting, fishing, watching the Astros and most of all spending time with his family and friends. Luther was a very hardworking and caring man who had a great sense of humor and he will be missed by all who knew him. Luther is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Mary Ann Brady; son, Luther Brady Jr. and wife Sandy; grandchildren, Jason Brady and wife Michelle; Amy Killion and husband Jeb; Jonathan Brady and wife Tabitha; Justin Brady and wife Christi; great grandchildren, Taylor, Tristan, Addison, Kylie, Blake, Abby, Shelby, Allie, Cole, Connor, Cameron; and many other family members and friends. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 from 10am -11am with funeral services following at 11am at the Crosby United Methodist Church 1334 Runneburg Rd. Crosby, Texas. Burial will follow at Sterling-White Cemetery. Services have been entrusted to Sterling-White Funeral Home 11011 Crosby-Lynchburg Rd. Highlands, Texas 77562.
