      Michael S. Turchon

Michael passed away Dec. 13, 2003, after a courageous battle with pulmonary fibrosis. He was born in Newark, NJ, Sept. 1, 1934. He is survived by his wife and soul mate, Sandy. He also leaves behind a large and loving extended family of in-laws and many loving friends, both near and far. The Franciscan Care Center Hospice staff guided by Dr. Mimi Pattison provided perfect physical and spiritual support for Mike on his last earthly journey. Thanks also to Drs. Phyllis Hursey and James Taylor and their staffs.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, 12-21-03 at 1 PM at Jackson Hall, 314 MLK Way (across the street from Tacoma General Hospital).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Franciscan or Multicare Hospices.
