  Obituary: WATKINS Flo Ella Bourque Dubois Watkins passed to a higher place on Tuesday, December 25, 2007. A darling wife, a loving and caring mother, adoring grandmother. Held her family together through good and bad times. She made life work for all of us. Religion, love and family were important. Darling wife of Burton Watkins for 20 years. Wife of deceased Pervis Dubois for 48 years by first marriage. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Loretta Dubois. Mother of Mrs. Patrick (Jeanette) Stoute and Mrs. Charles (Deanna) Gautreaux. Two granddaughters, Julie and DeeDee Gautreaux, all of Gretna, LA. Stepmother of William and Grover Watkins of Texas. Step-grandmother of Jessica, Tyler, Hunter, and Kennedy Watkins of Texas. Sister of Ivan Bourque, Sr. of Kaplan, LA, Ruby Mire of Lafayette, Madge Miller of Lake Charles, and Loston Bourque, Sr. of Lafayette, and the late Jessie Bourque, Sr. of Harahan and Ellis Bourque of Lafayette. A native of Kaplan, LA and a resident of Gretna for 57 years. Member of St. Anthony Church, Gretna for 55 years. Retired owner of Flo's Beauty Parlor. Longtime member of Terrytown Lioness Club. Age 87 years. Join us for the celebration of our beloved mother's life at a Funeral Mass in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA, on Friday, December 28, 2007 at 11 AM. Visitation will be Friday morning from 8:30 am until Mass Time. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
