  Obituary: MATULA MRS. CAROLE ELIZABETH MATULA , 65, wife of Daniel Matula of Dickinson, Texas died at 8:20 am on December 26th at Presbyterian Hospital in Allen, Texas, after a long battle with Lung Disease. Born February 7, 1942 in Marion, Ohio. She was the daughter of Esther Virginia Rawlins Ballenger and Charles Edward Ballenger. She was a member of Pine Drive Community Baptist Church in Dickinson, Texas and a member of Candlelight Church of Christ in Houston, Texas. Surviving are her husband - Daniel Matula, Brother - Michael Ballenger, Sons - Andy Ackley, Tony Ackley, Scott Matula, Steve Matula and John Matula, Daughters - Tamara Robertson and Sheena Ackley. She had many grandchildren and great grandchildren and other loving family members and caring friends. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday December 29th at 2:00pm at The Pine Drive Community Baptist Church in Dickinson, Texas. Friends are welcomed to come or call her husband at their house in Dickinson, Texas anytime on Friday, December 28th. Donations may be made to the American Lung Society.
