  Obituary: Richard Leroy Sinard December 3, 1951 - July 12, 2015 Richard Leroy Sinard, 63, of Panama City, Fla., passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2015. He was a lifelong resident of Panama City and loved to fish. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lena Mae Quattlebaum; father, Ivan Sinard; wife, Martha Pearl Roberson Sinard; and two brothers, Dale Sinard and Henry Sinard. Left to cherish his memory are his significant other, Sally Bradley of Panama City; brother, Valton Sinard of Panama City; three daughters, Doris Olvera of Dallas, TX, Laura Smith of Jacksonville, AL and Belinda Overton of Oxford, AL; three sons, Richard Sinard, Jr. of Birmingham, AL, Charles Sinard of Panama City and Jerry Sinard of Oxford, AL; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Serving as pallbearers will be Tony Lenain, Clarence Hill, James Register, Brian Foster, James Register, Sr. and Steve Winpigler. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, July 16, 2015 at Buckhorn Cemetery in Wewahitchka, Fla. with Rev. James Brogdon officiating.
