  Obituary: Funeral services for Agnes Lee Crawford, 77, of Sarepta will be held at 4 p.m. today at the New Sarepta Baptist Church with the Rev. Richard May and Rev. Don Woodard officiating. Burial will be in the Old Sarepta Cemetery under direction of Bailey Mortuary of Springhill. Mrs. Crawford died Sunday night at Highland Memorial Hospital in Shreveport following a short illness. She was a life-long resident of the Sarepta area and a member of New Sarepta Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, L.R. Crawford of Sarepta; two daughters, Mrs. Dolores Gibbs of Sarepta and Mrs. Lena Patterson of Minden; one son, Carl Crawford of Amarillo, Texas; one sister, Evelyn Keane of Sarepta, three brothers, Hollis Houston, E.L. Houston, both of Sarepta, and Charles Houston of Amarillo; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Eddie Keane, John Keane, Rodger Mitchell, David Mitchell, Max Covnet and David Covnet. (Published in The Minden Press Herald on August 21, 1979)
