  Obituary: Otis Eugene Perkins SHREVEPORT, LA - Services for Otis Eugene Perkins will be held at 2:30 p.m., Friday, June 20, 2003 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Officiating will be Dr. Billy McCormack, assisted by Reverend Sonny Simpson. Interment will follow in Stonewall Cemetery, Stonewall, La. Mr. perkins, 78, entered heaven's gates on June 18, 2003. He was born March 15, 1925 in Stonewall, La. and resided in Shreveport most of his life. He was a World War II Army veteran, stationed in China Burma India, CO 789. He was a retired employee of AT&T and a member of University Worship Center. Otis was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and wife, Lucy Houston Perkins. He is survived by his children Pam Perkins, Dan Perkins and wife Gina; grandchildren Kristina Perkins, Jonathan Perkins and wife Jamie; great grandchildren Lillian, Isabel, Jackson, and Benjamin; sister Juana Long; brother Guy Perkins and wife Betty; and numerous nieces and nephews.
