  Obituary: Russel Dean Marcus Russel D. Marcus, 53, of Conway died Friday (April 2, 1999) at Conway Regional Medical Center. Born April 18, 1945, in Portales, N.M., a son of Edgar F. Marcus of Albuquerque, N.M., and Trula N. Hamlin Aukes of Conway, he was a welder for FMC Corp., an Army veteran and a member of Cadron Ridge Baptist Church. Other survivors are his wife, Sandra Marcus; a son, Russel Shane Marcus of Conway; a daughter, Shawna Marcus Evans of Conway; his stepfather, Don Aukes of Conway; a grandmother, Ellen Marcus of Portales; two half-brothers, Charlie Marcus and Bimbo Marcus, both of Albuquerque; a half-sister, Ellen Carol Johnson of Albuquerque; and four grandchildren. Funeral services are 11 a.m. Monday at Cadron Ridge Baptist Church with the Rev. Kevin Carter officiating. Burial will be in Bryant's Cove Cemetery in Perry County. Pallbearers will be Geary Bradke, Clark Hightower, Raymond Porter, Mike Wood, Tim Wells and Tim Grimes. (Source Unknown)
