Ronald Chester Griffith
April 6, 1948 - April 3, 2018
Ronald Chester Griffith was born on April 6, 1948 to C.W. and Mable Griffith in Sperry, OK. He went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Tuesday, April 3, 2018.
Ronnie married Debbie Jones on May 12, 1972. They had two children, Anthony and Rhonda. He worked at Hale-Halsell for 28 years and he attended Owasso First Assembly of God. He enjoyed gardening and watching old western movies. He got the greatest pleasure from being with his grandkids. Papa spent countless hours at baseball and soccer games, piano and band concerts, and dance recitals.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Barbara; brother, Jim; and son, Anthony. Ronnie is survived by his wife, Debbie; daughter, Rhonda (Griffith) Putnam and her husband John; and grandchildren, Alex and Cazzady Griffith & Emily and Eli Putnam - all of Owasso; and many extended family members and friends.
He will be deeply missed.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, Apr 6 from 10:30-11:30 AM at Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel, Owasso 9901 North Owasso Expressway, Owasso
Visitation will be held on Thursday, Apr 5 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel, Owasso 9901 North Owasso Expressway, Owasso
