ELGIN E. MILLER
Elgin E. Miller, 78, of 624 West 30th Street, died in a local hospital Saturday. He had been a resident of Austin for two years coming here from Houston where he was a bookkeeper for the Duncan Coffee Co. before his retirement.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. R. M. Hodgkiss, Austin, and Mrs. Ruby Friege, Newfoundland; two sisters, Mrs. R. W. McKim,, Visalia, Calif.; and Mrs. Elsie M. Walton, San Antonio; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral is pending at Weed-Corley Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Elgin E. Miller, 78, of 624 West 31st Street, were held at the Weed-Corley Funeral Home Monday. Dr. Edmund Heinsohn officiated with burial in Memorial Hill Park.
Pallbearers were Dr. Milo E. Roger T. Wiley, James S. Jeffrey, Grover C. Harris Jr. and J. Warren Hitt.
