CALDWELL - Services for Esther M. Bednar, 90, of Caldwell will be 5 p.m. Thursday at Caldwell Brethren Church.
The Rev. Dan Husak will officiate. Burial will be in New Tabor Church Cemetery.
Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Caldwell is handling the arrangements.
Mrs. Bednar died Tuesday at Leisure Lodge Nursing Home in Caldwell.
She was born in Burleson County and was a homemaker. She was a member of Caldwell Brethren Church where she taught Sunday School and Vacation Bible School for many years and was active in Christian Sisters.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Hubert and Gladiola Bednar of Caldwell; a daughter and son-in-law, Cathy and Ted Hajdik of Houston; two sisters, Lottie Owens of Nacogdoches and Lydia Sullivan of Austin; a sister-in-law, Helen Telg of Bryan; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
