R.C. Phillips
R.C. Phillips, 53, of 2132 Allen Road, died Tuesday in a Wichita Falls hospital.
Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church in Lakeside City with the Rev. Ed Lane, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Crestview Memorial Park under direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home.
He was born Dec. 21, 1928, in Fort Necessity, La., and had lived in Wichita Falls for 35 years. He was a dry wall contractor and a member of Lamar Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Pat, a son, Robert of Wichita Falls; three daughters, Sandra Rowland of Longwood, Fla., and Brenda Kay Odom and Patricia Garcia, both of Wichita Falls; his parents, Clarence of Grayson, La., and Montez Busby of Wichita Falls; a sister, Marie Ingols of Pennsylvania; and three grandchildren.
