    • Obituary:

      William Aubrey Houston, 60, a native of Union County, died in St. Vincent's Hospital, Little Rock, Tuesday at 4:45 a.m. He was a salesman of mortuary supplies.

      Mr. Houston was born in Smackover Oct. 11, 1904. He was a Master Mason in the Western Star, and a graduate of Centenary College, Shreveport. He had lived in Little Rock for the last 25 years. He was the son of the late Dr. William M. Houston and Mrs. Houston of El Dorado.

      Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Marie Matthews Houston; a daughter, Mrs. David Kesterson of Raleigh, N.C.; his mother, Mrs. Houston of El Dorado; a brother, Van Houston of Ft. Worth, TX.; and three sisters, Mrs. Grady McMath of Strong, Miss Lillie Ruth Houston of Washington, D.C., and Mrs. J.T. Brown of El Dorado.

      Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. in the chapel of Healey and Roth Funeral Home in Little Rock, with Dr. W.O. Vaught officiating. Burial will be in Arlington Cemetery under the direction of Young's. Dr. Don B. Harbuck will conduct the graveside rites.
