  Obituary: Emile Paul Talbot, 78, of 2527 62nd street, died today at 7:15 a.m. at Doctors' hospital of a sudden illness. A rosary will be recited tonight at 8 o'clock in the Grammier-Oberle Procter Street Funeral home chapel. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in Little Flower of Jesus Catholic church. The Rev. Patrick O'Connell, pastor, will officiate. Entombment will be in Calvary Mausoleum. A native of Rayne, La., Mr. Talbot had lived in Port Arthur 49 years. He was employed by Texaco 37 years until he retired in 1957 as pipefitter No. 1. He was a member of Little Flower of Jesus Catholic church and OCAW 4-23. He is survived by a wife, Mrs. Alice Talbot; one daughter, Mrs. Willie Stanley; three sons, Eddie, Percy and Dudley Talbot; two sisters, Mrs. Eddie Champagne and Mrs. Amy LeBouef all of Port Arthur; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, and one brother, Claude Talbot of Nederland.
