Lydia Marie Sebesta
CALDWELL - Lydia Marie Sebesta, 85, of Caldwell died in an Austin hospital Tuesday morning.
Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Caldwell Brethren Church with the Rev. Daniel Marek officiating. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery in Caldwell. Arrangements are by Phillips-Luckey Funeral Home in Caldwell.
Mrs. Sebesta, a native of Burleson County, was a homemaker and a member of Caldwell Brethren Chuyrch.
Survivors include a son, B.J. Sebesta of Kenedy; two daughters, Alice Chlapek of Pasadena, Linda Simcik of Austin; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Expression of Sympathy
We, the Resolution Committee of Lodge No. 17, Novy Tabor, on behalf of our entire membership, wish to extend our heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved family of our departed sister
LYDIA MARIE SEBESTA,
who passed away on August 5, 1986, in the Brackenridge Hospital in Austin, Texas following a lengthy illness.
Lydia Marie Sebesta was born on May 19, 1901, in Burleson County, Texas in the New Tabor community to the late Frank V. Dusek and Marie Mrnustik Dusek. A lifelong resident of Burleson County, she was a homemaker and a faithful member of the Caldwell Brethren Church. She was active in Church Women's Christian Sisters serving as president, vice president, secretary and treasurer for several years. She was married to Willie Joe Sebesta on November 30, 1920. He preceded her in death on August 25, 1975. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Josephine Springer in 1973.
Services were held at 3 p.m. on August 6th in the Caldwell Brethren Church with Rev. Daniel Marek officiating. Interment was in the Masonic Cemetery.
Survivors include one son, B.J. Sebesta of Kenedy; two daughters, Mrs. Marvin (Alice) Chlapek of Pasadena and Mrs. Frank (Linda) Sincik of Austin; 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Theodore F. Dusek, Sr., Jerry J. Dusek, Daniel Dusek, Bruce F. Simcik, Bill Sebesta, Wesley Springer, Don Sebesta, Franklin Sebesta, Royce E. Deutsch, Charles M Sebesta, Joe F. Sebesta and Melvin E. Pertl.
May our lodge sister rest in eternal peace and may her memory live among us forever.
