      Martha Hays
      May 12, 1929 - November 21, 2023

      Martha Hays, 94, of Hattiesburg passed away peacefully on Tuesday November 21, 2023 at Bedford Care Center of Petal.

      Martha was preceded in death by her husband of 31 years, Elton "Frank" Hays and great grandson, Brandon Kittrell. She was also preceded in death by her first husband of 42 years, Carl Clay Dunn Jr. and her precious children, Priscilla Duplechin and Carl Clay Dunn III.

      Martha is survived by her grandchildren; LeAnn Kittrell of Petal, Lee Green (Laura) of Baton Rouge, Kimberly Green of Hattiesburg, Carl Green of New Orleans, and Kayla Duplechin of Hattiesburg. Seven great grandchildren; Eric Kittrell, Hope Sullivan, Jeremy Garcia, Justin Green, Emily Green, Andrew Lemoine and Maddie Lemoine. Two great great-grandchildren; Everleigh McLeod and John Luke McLeod. Martha is also survived by her nieces Debbie Hays, Sandy Cardiff, Cheryl Wilson and Jan Spivey, and their respective families.

      In lieu of flowers, please direct memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
