    • Obituary:

      Duplechin, Priscilla Ann - A substitute teacher for Gonzales Primary School, she passed away on Sunday, Dec. 3, 2006, in Baton Rouge. She was 58 and a resident of Gonzales. Visiting at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales, on Tuesday, Dec. 5, was from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visiting resumes at the funeral home Wednesday from 8 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m., conducted by chaplain Ken Spivey. Interment in Hope Haven Cemetery, La. 30, Gonzales. Survivors include her husband of 18 years, Gene P. Duplechin, Gonzales; mother, Martha Dunn-Hays and her husband, Elton Frank Hays, of Granite Shoals, Texas; three daughters and two sons-in-law, LeAnn Kittrell Dossett and husband Joel, Hattiesburg, Miss., Kimberly Nicole Brownleader and husband Philip, Baton Rouge, and Kayla Marie Duplechin, Gonzales; two sons, Gerald "Lee" Green Jr. of Gonzales and Carl Edward Green, Orlando, Fla.; daughter-in-law, Michelle Green of Gonzales; grandchildren, Brandon David Kittrell, Eric David Kittrell and Bethany Hope Sullivan, Hattiesburg, Jeremy Clay Garcia, Baton Rouge, Justin Caleb Green and Emily Madison Green, Gonzales, Martin Michael and Josh Brownleader, Baton Rouge; and brother, Robert Frank Hays and wife Debbie, Llano, Texas. She was preceded in death by her father, Carl Clay Dunn Jr.; and brother, Carl Clay Dunn III. Pallbearers will be Gene Duplechin, Lee Green, Carl Green, Joel Dossett, Phil Brownleader and Jeremy Garcia.
