SANDLIN, JAMES EARL, JR. age 70, of Warrior died Thursday, April 3, 1997. He attended Warrior Assembly of God Church. Funeral services will be Saturday, April 5, at 2 p.m. from Messmer Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Stewarts Chapel Cemetery. Rev. Jimmy Hammock officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Survivors: wife, Mrs. Geraldine Sandlin of Warrior; son, James E. Sandlin III of Texas; stepson, Gary Lee Huthins; mother, Mrs. Amanda Sandlin; sisters, Bobbie Sue Jolly and Bonnie Walker, all of Warrior; one grandson, two step-grandsons, and four step-grand-daughters. Messmer Funeral Home directing.
