Notes - Obituary:
PARKER - Mrs. Nora May Parker, 50, of 3919 Harrisburg, died at 11:06 a.m. Monday in a Houston hospital. She had lived in Houston 13 years and was a member of the Minter Springs Baptist Church. She was a native Texan. Surviving are two sons, A. R. and Lionel Parker of Houston; three sisters, Mrs. E. D. Battle of Stafford, Mrs. A. C. Steele of Bryan, and Mrs. C. A. Taylor of Houston. Funeral services held at 5 p.m. Monday at the Fogle-West Chapel with Rev. T. T. Raynolds officiating. The body is to be sent to Welborn for services at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Welborn Baptist Church. Burial in Minter Springs Cemetery. Folge-West Company directing.
