      Loula Landry
      August 25, 1937 - September 23, 2023

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 12:30 PM in Martin & Castille's La Fleur de Lis Chapel in Lafayette for Loula Landry, age 86 , who passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at Camelot of Broussard. The family requests that visitation be observed in Martin & Castille's SOUTHSIDE location on Wednesday from 9:00 AM until time of services with a recitation of the Rosary at 11:00 AM.

Entombment will be held in Sacred Heart of Jesus Mausoleum in Broussard, La.

Reverend Howard Blessing will officiate the service.

Survivors include her children, Sidney P. Landry, III, Vicki M. Landry, and Scott R. Landry and wife Angela; her grandchildren, Grant Landry, Brennan Landry, and Berkley Landry; and her sister, Gladys Garber.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Numa and Marie Romero Landry; and her brothers, Fred Landry, Claude Landry, Wilfred Landry, and Francis Landry.

Loula was retired having worked as a legal assistant and office manager of law offices and other businesses in Lafayette. She was a devout member of St. Mary Mother of the Church where she served as treasurer of the St. Mary's Altar Society and as a coordinator of the Sugar B's.

Loula enjoyed traveling, having taken many trips abroad, telling stories and reminiscing about her family and friends, attending live theatre events and concerts, loved sewing, and was a terrific cook. She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother who cherished her family and spending time with them.

Special thanks to her caregivers, Jalisa Henry, Crystal Grossie, Michelle Broussard, and Kerri Boudreaux and to Bridgeway Hospice for all the loving care and support given to Loula during her time of need.

For those preferring memorial contributions, the family suggests they be sent to St. Mary Mother of the Church, 419 Doucet Rd, Lafayette, LA 70503, in memory of the late Loula Landry.
