Harry Floyd Scott
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS - Harry Scott, 74, of North Richland Hills lost his battle with brain cancer on Saturday, July 7, 2018.
GRAVESIDE SERVICE: 11 a.m. Friday, July 13, in Valley View Cemetery, Valley View, Texas. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 12, at Forest Ridge Memorial Park Chapel, North Richland Hills, Texas.
Harry graduated from Gainesville High School and Texas Wesleyan. He worked for Bell Helicopter Textron in Hurst and Amarillo for 43 years. He was active in his sons' lives coaching baseball and football at RYA for many years. He enjoyed hunting and outdoor activities.
The family would like to thank his care team of Dr. Thomas Ellis, Dr. Asad Dean, Medical City Hospital of Fort Worth, and Community Hospice nurses and staff for their care of Harry and his family throughout the last months.
Harry was predeceased by his parents, brother and grandparents.
SURVIVORS: He is survived by his wife, Teresa; sons, Seth and Matthew; mother-in-law, Betty Neeley; cousins, Lanny Lewter and Lindy Lewter; many, many wonderful friends and neighbors; and his furry child, Henry.
