He was born on January 15, 1959, in Hempstead, New York to Bridget Theresa Courtney and Michael Joseph Philbin. Survived include his sibling; Nora Smith, Michael Philbin and his wife, Patricia, Helen Lane and her husband, Dennis, and Kathleen Champey; and his companion, Brenda Norris and her son, Robby Stevens. A loving Irish family Including many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family. He is preceded in death by, his parents; wife, Connie Philbin; brother-in-law, Eugene "Owen" Smith; and sister, Mary Philbin Mr. Philbin cremation arrangements were handled through Broussard's Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard's, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie.
