      Jacqueline M. Clements

      Jacqueline Marie Clements, 45, died Monday, March 31, 2003, in a local hospital.

      She was a lifelong resident of Lake Charles. She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church, and she taught catechism at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. She sang in the St. Martin de Porres Chapel choir.

      She is survived by her mother, Joyce Savoie of Lake Charles; one daughter, Tara Jeraldlyn Clements of Lake Charles; one brother, Johnny Newsom of Lake Charles; and two sisters, Patricia King of Moss Bluff and Delena Griffing of Lake Charles.

      Her funeral will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday, April 2, from Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. The Rev. John Giles will officiate. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery in Ragley under the direction of Hixson Funeral Home. Visitation is 3-10 p.m. today - with a Scripture service and rosary at 5 p.m. by Deacon Garrett Caraway - and from 8 a.m. Wednesday.
