Jackie S. Berry
Jackie S. Berry, 62. of Paragould died April 16, 1998, at St. Bernards Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro.
He was born April 26, 1935. in Jonesboro. He was the owner and operator of Berry Farm and Trucking. He was a deacon at Rock Hill Missionary Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
Survivors include his wife: Shelby Jean Berry of Paragould: a son, Bryan Berry of Paragould: a sister, Dixie Lee Gray of Lubbock. Texas; and a granddaughter, Jaclyn BaShea Berry.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Farmers Union Funeral Home in Jonesboro with Ray Broadaway officiating. Burial will be at Caldwells Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 tonight at the funeral home.
Active pallbearers will be Larry Berry, Rick McDaniel. Gene McDaniel, Rob McDaniel. Tim Bracken and Earl Bracken.
Honorary pallbearers will be Elmer Norris, Ray Casey, Bill Johnson, Harry Holmes, Earl Chester and Bill Dial.

Berry
Jackie S. Berry, 62, of Paragould, died Thursday at St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro. Born in Jonesboro, he spent his life in this area and owned and operated Berry Farm and Trucking. He was a member and deacon of Rock Hill Missionary Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Shelby Jean Berry of the home; one son, Bryan Berry of Paragould; one sister, Dixie Lee Gray of Lubbock, Texas; and one granddaughter. He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 10 in the chapel of Farmers Union Funeral Home in Jonesboro, with Ray Broadaway officiating. Burial will follow in Caldwell's Chapel Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Larry Berry, Rick McDaniel, Gene McDaniel, Rob McDaniel, Tim Bracken and Earl Bracken.
