  Obituary: Funeral services for Mr. Elmer J. Guillory, 83, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Landry Catholic Church with burial in Bellevue Memorial Park. Rev. Gene Tremie will conduct the services. Mr. Guillory died at 2:34 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 6, 2003 in Opelousas General Health System. He was retired from St. Landry Bank as a branch Manager. He was a member of the Woodmen of the World and the Knights of Columbus. Survivors include: his wife, Irene Cummings Guillory of Opelousas; one brother, James W. Guillory of Lawtell; one daughter-in-law, Dee Guillory of Baton Rouge; one grandson, Glenn "Thad" Guillory of Baton Rouge; and a very special niece and great niece, Jeanette Thibodeaux and Sandra T. Ryder, both of Opelousas. He was proceeded in death by his parents, Theogene and Clara Boudreaux Guillory; one son, Glenn T. Guillory, Sr.; four half sisters, Beulah P. Richard, Rosa P. Guidry, Annie P. Olivier and Dana G. Lavergne; and one half brother, R.L. Prejean. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. on today and from 8 a.m. to time of services Tuesday. A rosary will be prayed at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home, 2845 S. Union St., Opelousas 942-2638 in charge of arrangements.
