Gilmore Brothers
Funeral services for Mr. Gilmore Brothers, 71, Fosterville, who died June 27 at Rutherford Hospital after an extended illness, will be held 10:30 a.m. June 29, Woodfin Memorial Chapel with burial in McElroy Cemetery.
His parents are Mrs. Harriett Horton Brothers of Fosterville and the late Fount Brothers.
Other survivors include a sister, Mrs. Billy Lynch of Fosterville and a nephew, Craig Lynch of Fosterville.
Pallbearers will be Bud Powell, Dr. Gerald Jordon, John Moran, Henry Bingham, Grey Lynch, Jim Gray, James Swafford and Johnny McGill.
A member of the Fosterville Church of Christ and WW II veteran, he was a retired vice president of Third National Bank, Nashville. He became associated with that Bank in 1927 and retired as vice president of 1971.

Gilmore Brothers Services Today
MURFREESBORO - Services for Gilmore Brothers, 70, of Fosterville, Tenn., a retired assistant vice president of Nashville's Third National Bank, will be at 10:30 a.m. today at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
Burial will be in McElroy Cemetery, Fosterville.
Brothers died Monday in Rutherford Hospital here.
A former Nashville resident, Brothers joined Third National in 1927. Thirty years later he became an assistant cashier, and was promoted to assistant vice president in 1964.
A World War II veteran, he was a graduate of Falls Business College in Nashville and a member of the Fosterville Church of Christ.
Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Harriett Horton Brothers, and a sister, Mrs. Bill Lynch, Fosterville.
