Rev. Jesse Roy Dom, age 73, of DeMotte, IN., passed away Wednesday, May 1, 1991. Son of Jesse Dom and Lillian, nee Whitson. He married Bette LaChapelle, who survives, in Chicago. 12 years of high school and 10 years additional education. He was a graduate of Harvard Univ. and George Washington Univ. Retired Minister of the Unitarian-Universalist Church. He was ordained in 1949. Visitation at Jackson Funeral Service, 200 Third St., DeMotte, from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, May 3. Services 12 noon Saturday, May 4 at funeral home, Rev. Charles Gast officiating. Burial DeMotte Cemetery. 219-987-5300.
