  Obituary: Billie Waltz Billie Frank Waltz, 50, died Saturday in a Wichita Falls hospital. Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at Owens & Brumley Funeral Home with the Rev. Richard I Moore officiating. Mr. Waltz was born June 24, 1942, in Wichita Falls. He was a veteran of the Air Force and was a salesman for Central Seed and Feed. He was a lifetime resident of Wichita Falls. Survivors include his wife, Freda, a son, Billy of Wichita Falls, two daughters Tonja Smith and Melissa Fields, both of Wichita Falls, a brother Jerry of California, three sisters Edna, Anita and Nancy, all of Oregon, his mother, Alma Waltz Bell of California, and four grandchildren.
