Native Wichitan Succumbs Monday
Johnny McIntyre, native Wichitan and former Bowie resident, died Monday in a Dallas hospital.
The 37-year-old McIntyre was a heavy equipment operator in Dallas. He was born here Jan. 5, 1934, and moved to Bowie in 1945.
Services are under direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home in Fort Worth. Burial will be in Bowie.
Survivors include his wife, Frances; two sons, Mark and Jay, both of the Dallas home; a daughter, Kelley, also of the home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. B. McIntyre of Fort Worth a brother, Bobby of Fort Worth; and three sisters, Mrs. Evelyn Hill of Fort Worth, Mrs. Ruth Evans of Spade, Tex., and Mrs. Joy Bryan of Garland.
