    • Obituary:

      Jim D. Cox, 54, of Roxton passed away Saturday, March 12, 2005, at Paris Regional Medical Center. Graveside services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 17, in Restland Cemetery at Roxton with the Rev. Don Parker officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home. Friends may come by the funeral home Wednesday to sign the register.

      He was born Oct. 17, 1950, in Kentucky, a son of Joseph A. and Joann Clayton Cox. He was a construction superintendent. He is survived by his wife, the former Deborah Brothers whom he married on Aug. 21, 1971; mother, Joann Cox, of Benton, Ky.; brothers, Joe Cox of Roxton and Tim Cox of Benton, Ky.
