• Notes

  Obituary: Funeral services for Fremont "Easter" LeBleu, 84, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 22, from St. Margaret Catholic Church. The Rev. Henry Mancuso will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Memory Garden Cemetery under direction of Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 2-10 p.m. today, with a rosary at 6 p.m.; and from 8-9:30 a.m. Thursday. Mr. LeBleu died at 8:45 a.m. Tuesday, May 20, 1997, in a local hospital. A lifelong resident of Lake Charles, he worked for Mobil Oil Co. for 20 years and for Calcasieu Parish as a heavy equipment operator for 16 years before retiring. He was a member of St. Margaret Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife, Evaline "Lena" LeBleu; two sons, Freeman LeBleu of Westlake and Harold Lewis LeBleu of Lake Charles; one daughter, Lois LeBleu Cormier of Lake Charles; eight grandchildren; and 10 greatgrandchildren.
