  Obituary: FORT WORTH - Edwin Oland Andrus, a retired Bell Helicopter employee, died Tuesday at his Fort Worth home. He was 70. Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at East Hills Church of Christ, where he was a member. Burial will be in Laurel Land Memorial Park in Fort Worth. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight at Blessing Funeral Home in Mansfield. Mr. Andrus was born in North Zulch, Madison County, and moved to Fort Worth in 1946. He had worked at General Dynamics for 17 years and at Bell Helicopter for 12 years before his retirement in 1986. Mr. Andrus was a member of Tarrant County Masonic Lodge No. 942. His wife, Violet Marie Andrus, died in 1987. Survivors: Two sons, Lt. Cmdr. L. Edwin Andrus of San Diego and John R. Andrus of Lewisburg, N.C.; daughter, Beverly Fritcher of Lillian; two brothers, Milton N. Andrus of Madisonville and Raymond Andrus of Houston; 14 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
