  Obituary: Elizabeth Ruth Geisler passed away September 21, 2016 in Peoria, AZ. Ruthie was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on January 8, 1946. Ruthie always had an adventurous life learning and giving back. She attended University of New Mexico where she received her Master's degree. She then went on to the Fashion Institute of New York where she became a pattern maker and worked in the fashion industry in New York and California. She had a brief stint in Arizona and then moved to Texas where she worked for the federal government until retirement. She is predeceased by parents Kathleen Stumph, Earl Geisler and step-father Roy Stumph. Ruthie is survived by sister Mildred; nieces, Ronda Goodin, Kathleen Skelly, Rebecca Spain, Marie Gendreau,Jeanne Padilla and nephew Mike Gendreau and many great nieces and nephews. Celebration of Life will be held at The Church at Arrowhead on October 4th at 11am 7900 W Union Hills Dr. Peoria.
